Please read the following terms and conditions before using our services.

Welcome to Floresa Travel. By booking a tour package, boat charter, transportation, diving activity, or any other travel service, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

1Booking

  • All bookings are subject to service availability and are only considered valid after confirmation from Floresa Travel.
  • Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, email, website, or other official Floresa Travel channels.
  • Customers must provide accurate, complete data that matches a valid identification.
  • Floresa Travel reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking if inaccurate or incomplete information is found.

2Payment

  • Bookings require a down payment (deposit) in accordance with applicable terms.
  • Full payment must be settled before departure or as otherwise agreed.
  • All payments must be made through the official account or payment method provided by Floresa Travel.
  • Bank transfer fees or administrative charges, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility.

3Cancellation by Customer

  • Deposits already paid are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Cancellations made close to the departure date may incur a cancellation fee in accordance with the policies of Floresa Travel and its service partners.
  • If a customer fails to show up on the departure day without prior notice (No Show), all payments will be forfeited.

4Schedule Changes

  • Requests to change the date or schedule are subject to availability and must be submitted as early as possible.
  • Schedule changes may incur additional charges if there is a price change from the service provider.
  • Floresa Travel does not guarantee that all change requests can be approved.

5Cancellation Due to Weather or Force Majeure

  • Customer safety is our top priority.
  • Floresa Travel reserves the right to change the schedule, route, or cancel the trip in the event of bad weather, high waves, natural disasters, operational disruptions, government policy, or other circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure).
  • In such conditions, Floresa Travel will strive to provide the best solution, such as rescheduling, route changes, or other policies as circumstances allow.

6Itinerary Changes

  • The itinerary may change at any time due to weather conditions, safety, port conditions, boat operations, or the policies of the destination management.
  • Changes are made for the safety and comfort of all participants.

7Participant Responsibilities

  • Participants must comply with the instructions of tour guides, boat captains, crew, diving instructors, and Floresa Travel staff.
  • Participants must maintain their own safety and respect other participants throughout the trip.
  • Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings.
  • Participants must keep the environment clean and must not damage the ecosystem or public facilities.

8Health and Safety

  • Participants must be in good health before joining the trip.
  • Participants must disclose any medical conditions that may affect tour activities.
  • For diving or other high-risk activities, participants must meet the applicable safety requirements.

9Pricing

  • All prices are subject to change at any time without notice prior to booking confirmation.
  • Prices confirmed at the time of booking will not change unless the customer requests additional items.

10Floresa Travel's Responsibilities

  • Floresa Travel is committed to providing the best service throughout the trip.
  • Floresa Travel is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings, delays caused by third parties, weather conditions, cancellation of public transportation, natural disasters, or other events beyond the company's control.

11Documentation

  • Floresa Travel may take photos or videos during the trip for documentation and promotional purposes.
  • If a participant does not wish to be documented, please inform our team before the trip begins.

12Governing Law

  • All Floresa Travel services are subject to the laws applicable in the Republic of Indonesia.
  • Any disputes will first be resolved through mutual discussion. If no agreement is reached, resolution will proceed in accordance with the applicable laws of Indonesia.
